While we strive to use acceptable means to ensure a secure and safe environment, your access to the Website, Services and Products may be interrupted for reasons which may include updating and maintenance or other actions we may take.

We attempt to provide information on the Website to be as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee any of the material or content is accurate, free of errors, complete, or up-to-date. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, to change or update information, or cancel orders if any information on the Website, in the Services or Products, or on any related websites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Digital License Usage

A digital license key may be generated manually or retrieved online for tax software Products operated by license keys: a) The license key is issued based on a unique PIN generated for each installation. The license PIN/Key pair can't be transferred or used to license another installation/computer; b) Once an installation is licensed via an online or manual retrieval process, a number of up-to-license-allowed returns can be prepared in the licensed installation; c) You can update a purchased tax software product to the latest version/release for free (for the same version) and the existing license key will continue working after the update; d) The issued license key is only for the product purchased for a particular version, and can not be carried forward to other versions or installations; e) If the issued license key is lost or is damaged due to issues on your computer or the computer itself, we will not provide a new license key as a replacement for free; e) Free Basic Technical Support Services will end one year after a license key for a particular version is purchased; f) The purchase of a license does not cover our Extended Support Services which include Internet Remote Access Support sessions, and Phone Support sessions over 10 minutes; g) The price for a product license is subject to change without prior notice.

Payment and Refund

Payments, fees, and any other charges are described and billed on the Website in Canadian dollars. You may be contacted for further verification in order to complete the payment process. We may modify the applicable fee for our Services and Products at any time without prior notice.

Most of our software Products can be tried out for free. You are encouraged to try them before making any payments. Due to the nature of digital license key, once a license key is issued manually or retrieved online, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid in connection with the license key will be allowed under any circumstances. If the license key is not retrieved or issued yet, you may request a partial refund with minimum $2 deducted as a payment processing charge per transaction.

Third-Party Services

For Services or Products that have features to connect to / import from third-party services, including the Canada Revenue Agency and others, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of the information downloaded or transmitted if you choose to use these features. We will not be liable whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of these features.
